Roederer joins an international network of brokers : the Insurance Brokers Worldwide

The activities of our clients have become increasingly international and they count on us to accompany them in this approach with the same nearness as in France. We therefore availed of the opportunity to join IBA, present today in over 100 countries (Europe, South-East Asia, North America) and which furthermore, is a quality network since: |
- It groups together brokers of similar size as ours, independent, who are at the service of companies, and whose family shareholders are active in their midst.
- It has a coordination bureau in Brussels.
- It now manages a significant volume of exchanges.
- It regularly organizes international meetings, an opportunity to learn the practices of each country.
- Present needs are considerable, particularly with the economic emergence of Eastern Europe (we propose practical solutions for countries like Poland, Rumania, the Czech Republic, etc...)
On 25 April 2002 an alliance was signed between IBA and RPNI, the association of 26 insurance brokers present in the USA and Canada, which requires that each network will manage the international accounts of the other in its sphere of influence.
This tie-up will give IBA a critical size in North America, leading world market in insurance.
The first Regional Meeting took place in Beijing in April 2008. Its aim was to convene all the members of Asian countries and to reinforce our presence in the countries where we are not represented today.
During the Congress of Nice in October 2008, IBA changes name and becomes UNIBA.
